1. How did the show with Kid Rock go in Alabama?

It was a pure RocknRoll Night! It was so much fun! I had a blast! I'm way more comfortable on the BIG stage than I am in small clubs! I love the band that I am playing with. We only had one rehearsal and you would have never known that, although I wish we would have had more. My bass player Victor Broden put the band together. He is also producing my Record with me. He did a fantastic job on putting the right combination of guys together. I am in love with my band and that makes for a great show! It's the best high in the world and all I want now is to be on that stage every single night of my life! Everyone in Kid Rock's crew was 100% cool to me! Especially, his supermodel girlfriend.... :)

2. Anything that surprised you during the show that you didn't expect?

Yes, I did not expect to be so comfortable during my set! I could have stayed up their for a hundred years! I did not expect such a cool response from folks I respect!

3. What songs did you perform at the show...

I performed 9 songs
Go Go
Whore
Alabama Crimson
The Day Hank Jr Came To Town
Love Don't Care
Bi Polar
Pretty
Cumberland Angels
Music Made a Man Out of Me ( Snake Handlers song)

4. Are your songs autobiographical?

Yes, all of them! Its the only way I write... I also write about people I know and their experience as I see it!

5. Do you find fruit sexy?

I'm not a big fruit person and yes sometimes I guess it can be!

6. Can Tonya Watts solve world hunger and bring peace to the Middle East?

NO! Right now I'm trying to make a living so I can solve hunger in my own family! Once I do that maybe I can try and make a difference out there in the ugly world! I watch alot of news and I'm a realist!

7. Do you have any tattoo’s?

Yes, I have three and will get more later!

8. I here you left Nashville for good, why?

I travel to Nashville all the time. I am recording my record there and my band is from Nashville. So I never left and I only lived there for a year anyway... Alabama and Los Angeles is my home always and forever! As far as Labels go Nashville will never touch me. I am too Outlaw for OUTLAW!

9. What goals do you have for the next twelve months...

Finish my record and get my ass on a tour ASAP!

10. What do you like most about songwriting and performing...

Songwriting has saved my life. I have struggled with a lot of hurt and depression so writing and creating from those experience helped me get out of bed...Performing is what I was born to do! It has been who I am since I was a little girl! It's all I know!

Peace, Luv and Hank Jr,
Tonya Watts
